If you don’t want to commit to being a member you can still use all of our facilities but you will need to have an induction session before using the facilities to ensure that Health and Safety requirements are met – you don’t want to injure yourself on your first visit and ruin all your good intentions!

We can put together a personal gym program to focus on you health and fitness goals.
Group exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness and flexibility.
Strength training that uses a system of ropes and webbing to allow the user to work against their own body weight. All done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
